Jogos365 Terms and Conditions – General Rules

1Definitions and Acceptance of Terms

In this document, the terms below carry the following meanings when used by the Jogos365:

• "Platform" refers to the website jogos365.best and all digital services offered under the Jogos365 brand.
• "User" or "you" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the platform's services.
• "Account" refers to the individual profile created by the user upon registration on the Jogos365 platform.
• "Real balance" refers to the amount deposited by the user and available for betting or withdrawal.
• "Bonus balance" refers to credits granted by Jogos365 through promotions, subject to specific terms of use.
• "Rollover" refers to the total wagering volume a user must complete before withdrawing bonus credits that have been converted into real balance.

By accessing the platform or creating an account at Jogos365, the user confirms having read, understood, and fully agreed to these Terms and Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy and with the guidelines of Responsible Gaming. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you should not use Jogos365's services.

2Platform Eligibility

To use Jogos365's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age completed by the date of registration.
• Be a resident of Brazil or hold a valid CPF (Cadastro de Pessoas Físicas) issued by the Receita Federal do Brasil.
• Not be listed on the Jogos365 self-exclusion list or any similar responsible gambling program.
• Not be an employee, contractor, partner, or first-degree relative of a Jogos365 staff member.
• Acting on your own behalf, without representing third-party interests in the creation or use of the account.

Jogos365 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including identity documents, proof of address, or other official documents. Failure to meet any of the criteria above may result in the immediate suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3Registration, Account & Identity Verification

Each user may create only a single account at Jogos365. Duplicate accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, device, email address, or phone number are prohibited. Creating multiple accounts may result in all associated accounts being blocked and any bonuses being voided.

At the time of registration, the user must provide truthful, accurate, and complete information. Jogos365 is not responsible for any consequences arising from incorrect information provided by the user during sign-up.

Identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) is required for withdrawals and may be requested at any time by Jogos365. Commonly accepted documents include:

• RG (Registro Geral) or CNH (Carteira Nacional de Habilitação) with a legible photo
• CPF or up-to-date proof of CPF
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days
• Selfie holding the document, when requested

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials secure. If unauthorized access is suspected, Jogos365 must be notified immediately via support chat. Jogos365 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use caused by the user's own negligence.

4Deposits

Jogos365 accepts the following deposit methods, all processed in Brazilian reais (BRL):

• Pix — confirmation in under 30 seconds, available 24 hours a day
• Boleto bancário — processing time of up to 2 business days
• Credit and debit card — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo
• PicPay — confirmation in minutes
• Mercado Pago — confirmation in minutes

The minimum deposit amount is R$ 20.00. There is no general maximum limit defined, though specific limits per payment method may apply. Jogos365 does not charge fees on deposits, but users should check whether their financial institution (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, among others) charges its own transaction fees.

All deposits are credited to the user's account only after payment confirmation by the processing institution. Jogos365 is not responsible for delays caused by third parties in payment processing.

5Withdrawals

Users may request a withdrawal of the available real balance in their account at any time, provided that:

• Identity verification (KYC) has been completed and approved
• There is no active bonus with an ongoing rollover requirement that cannot be cancelled
• The requested amount is equal to or greater than the minimum of R$ 20.00
• The withdrawal method must be compatible with the most recent deposit method, whenever possible

Pix withdrawals are processed within 30 minutes after the request is approved, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Withdrawals via other methods may have different processing times depending on the financial institution involved.

Jogos365 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving withdrawals of large amounts or in cases where irregularities are suspected. Withdrawals that do not meet KYC requirements may be temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

Amounts derived exclusively from bonuses — with no real-balance wagers placed — are not eligible for withdrawal until the corresponding rollover requirement has been fully met.

6Bonuses & Promotions

Jogos365 periodically offers promotions and bonuses for new and existing users. The specific conditions of each promotion are published on the Welcome Bonus and in communications sent to the user. The general rules that apply to all promotions are:

• Each bonus is valid once per user, identified by CPF, address, phone number, or device.
• The welcome bonus matches 100% of the first deposit, up to a maximum of R$ 500.00. Minimum deposit for activation: R$ 20.00.
• The welcome bonus rollover is 3× the combined amount (deposit + bonus), within a period of 30 days from activation.
• Bets contributing to the rollover must have odds equal to or greater than 1.50× in sports disciplines.
• The bonus may be voluntarily cancelled by the user in the promotions section of their account. Once cancelled, the bonus credit is removed and only the real balance remains.
• Jogos365 reserves the right to cancel or modify promotions if abuse, multi-account use, or any other irregularity is suspected.
• Bonuses not used within the stipulated timeframe are automatically cancelled with no right to a refund or compensation.

7Sports Betting

Sports Betting on Jogos365 covers the major competitions available on the platform, including Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Copa Libertadores, volleyball VNL, basketball NBB, UFC, and other sports. The following rules apply:

• Once confirmed by the user, the bet is irrevocable — it is not possible to cancel or edit a bet slip once submitted, except where the "bet sell" feature is available.
• The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are those that apply to the bet slip at the time of placement, regardless of any subsequent changes.
• If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event are fully refunded to the user's real balance.
• If an event starts but is interrupted before an official result is declared, the decision on refunds or settlement follows the sport- and competition-specific rules, as published in the platform's betting rules.
• At live betting, odds are dynamic and may be briefly suspended during periods of high activity. Jogos365 does not guarantee continuous live odds availability across all events.
• At combo bets, all selected events must be settled correctly for the bet slip to be a winner. A single incorrect result voids the entire slip.
• Jogos365 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount per event or specific market at its sole discretion.

Results are processed based on the official sources of each competition — governing bodies, organizers, and competent officials. In the event of a discrepancy, Jogos365 may suspend market settlement until the official result is confirmed.

8Casino, Slots & Crash Games

The Jogos365 casino catalog includes slots, table games, live casino with real dealers, and crash games. The following conditions apply:

• Slots and live casino games are provided by certified suppliers such as Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. Game integrity is ensured through random number generators (RNG) independently audited by accredited testing agencies.
• The crash games (Aviator, Spaceman, JetX, and similar games) use a provably fair algorithm where each round's outcome is determined before it begins and can be verified by the user.
• Jogos365 does not interfere with casino game outcomes. The RTP (Return to Player) for each game is available on the information screen of the corresponding title.
• Bets placed with bonus balance on slots and crash games count in full toward the rollover, in accordance with the conditions of each active promotion.
• Jogos365 may remove or replace games from its catalog without prior notice due to contractual changes with providers.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Jogos365 platform, among others:

• Creating more than one account on the platform (duplicate accounts)
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any unauthorized software to interact with the platform
• Engaging in bonus arbitrage — betting on opposing outcomes across different accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of the result
• Making deposits using cards or bank accounts belonging to third parties
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illegal activity
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the platform or interfere with the technical operation of the system
• Sharing account credentials with third parties

Any identified prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, bonus cancellation, and, in more serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities. Jogos365 cooperates with investigations into money laundering and financial crimes in accordance with applicable Brazilian law.

10Privacy and Data Protection (LGPD)

Jogos365 collects, processes, and stores users' personal data in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD — Law No. 13.709/2018). Data is used exclusively for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, which includes:

• Identity verification and fraud prevention
• Processing of deposits and withdrawals
• Account communications, promotions, and platform updates
• Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations

Users may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of their data at any time through the Jogos365 support channel. No personal data is sold to third parties for commercial purposes.

11Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits daily, weekly, and monthly — set by the user themselves
• Betting limits per period
• Temporary break — platform suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days
• Permanent self-exclusion — permanent account closure at the user's request

12Account Suspension and Closure

Jogos365 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts in the following situations:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or KYC
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or any other illicit activity
• Creation of multiple accounts by the same user
• Self-exclusion request initiated by the user
• Prolonged account inactivity, as defined by Jogos365's internal criteria

If the account is closed by Jogos365 due to a terms violation, the bonus balance is fully cancelled. Any real-money balance (from deposits and real-money winnings) will be returned to the user after the necessary verifications are completed, except in cases of suspected fraud or illegal activity.

Users may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting support. After closure, personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy and the LGPD.

13Limitation of Liability

Jogos365 is not liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from bets placed by the user
• Temporary platform outages caused by scheduled maintenance or events beyond Jogos365's control (infrastructure failures, natural disasters, cyberattacks)
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third parties (banks, payment processors)
• Bet settlement decisions based on official competition sources, even if the user disagrees with the outcome
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access caused by the user's own negligence in safeguarding their credentials

Jogos365's total liability to any user, under any circumstance, is limited to the amount of the real balance available in the user's account at the time of the event giving rise to liability.

14Changes to These Terms and Conditions

Jogos365 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When that happens:

• The updated version will be published on this page with the revision date indicated at the top of the document
• Users will be notified by email and/or through an in-platform notice of any relevant changes
• For changes that materially affect user rights, a minimum notice period of 7 days will be given so users can review the updates before they take effect

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of a new version of the Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with the new conditions, you must close your account before the effective date.

15Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Federative Republic of Brazil, including the Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990), the General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018), and other regulations applicable to the sector.

Any disputes arising from the interpretation or enforcement of these Terms will first be referred to an amicable resolution process. If no agreement is reached, the designated courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other, however privileged it may be.
